Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, great food in local restaurants, parking, staff at the hotel are amazing, the night Porter was so helpful and my double!! No on site restaurant but there are plenty close by and recommended by the hotelier receptionist. Room, bathroom, service, breakfast all excellent, If we went back to Troyes, would not stay anywhere else! We look forward to seeing you again. If I had to moan I would say that the pillows were a bit thin and lumpy.

It was now obvious, after fiddling with AC for a while, that it was through no fault of ours - the AC was indeed broken.
We spent one night there en route to the alps and will definitely be back. The private and secure parking is situated 'rue de Jargondis' which is 50 meters away from the hotel ; also we have in front of the hotel a private place to unload the luggage and do the check-in. We offer different options for breakfast : buffet breakfast 15,90€ or express breakfast 7,00€ - served from 7:00am to 10:30am in the breakfast room. The hotel is right in the middle of Troyes so there are plenty of places to eat and things to look at for an evening.A clean ,quite stylish hotel in a charming medieval city.

Recently refurbished, the rooms are exactly what you need for a couple of nights, location excellent, breakfast was great too with bread coming from the amazing bakers 10 metres away on the other side of the road (which you have to visit).
It started fabulously. We look forward to seeing you again in the near future. Another winner:-) This very good town centre hotel is now our preferred stop travelling back to the uk. Undercover parking, bit of a maze to get to but secure and private for this hotel only which meant we were comfortable leaving half the luggage in the car. The refurbished room and a subtle but great theme of horses, little touches go a long way, and a fridge in the room was helpful too.
It's quite expensive and breakfast and parking comes at extra costs. Very pleasant staff. The location could not be more central. Implanted in the 5 centuries old city center, the Best Western Premier Hôtel de la Poste is a modern heaven in a place full of History. Staff were fantastic and made us feel very welcome - fantastic to walk from and see all historic sites - dog friendly except for breakfast - room was top quality - thank you La Poste is ideally located for central Troyes, the hotel is nicely appointed and decor is fresh and classic 'modern hotel'.

Note Monoprix the great supermarket and general department store is open late and on Sundays, and it is less than five minutes' walk away. We recommend booking parking in advance. Everything you need fits and you have a little working space. Immaculately clean and professional image all around. On the way back to London we stayed in Best Western Hotel de la Poste.
We have no restaurant but many restaurants are located nearby ; we recommend ‘Le Bistroquet' close to the hotel which is a french brasserie with local and home made dishes.
This lovely hotel used to be a coaching inn, its atmosphere is very cozy, modern and comfortable. Front desk attention was above normal. She had a present waiting for our little daughter! They even called me once to check back with some reservations I had done via Internet and that were a bit confusing. Thank you so much for this kind feedback ! I had previously read about the hotel car park being detached from the hotel but since we arrived after 5pm we simply found a metered parking space near the hotel for 2 euros or so overnight. Since we were just passing through to Germany, we only stayed one night. 511 reviews. Hotel slightly let down by it's service as the staff on reception just seemed to be lacking in personality.

When we asked for dinner recommendations, we were sent to a fairly standard bistro, for which the hotel keeps the menu in reception. Troyes is a strange town with some amazing old timber frames buildings but overall lacking in character. A lovely hotel, modern and clean with friendly and helpful staff, great location and secure parking available for a small fee.
