Seiya helped me so much.
You can get him down to only 1 turn of having to sit out which makes a huge difference on his usefulness.i would go with dohko instead, seiya is just out of the meta in pvp and you'll almost never use him at big stuff on pve, marin is just OK at 70oh okay but i'm not using him that much cuz i have to work on his 8th sense and i alrdy invested so much in seiya(skill upgrades,8th sense...)On SEA I'm not so sure, I'd say Dohko if you can have his repaired cloth.Healers (Marine, Jamian, Katya, Pandore ...) are not required to be at 80 usually because they are not really used in high end PVP and 70 is enough for most PVE content.None lol.

This is an awakening skill capable of restoring additional HP for herself to greatly improve her own survivability.
